Currently all deliveries, anywhere in New Zealand, are free of charge.
If you have a repair you will need to pay for the cost of getting the bat to us but we will cover the return freight.
Please allow 7 days for a new product to be returned to you as we will need time to prepare the bat for use.
Please allow 14 days for a bat repair to be returned.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We offer a money-back guarantee if you find that the bat is not quite what you’re after once you get it home, provided it’s returned in the same condition that you received it.
